Refund policy

All returns without receipt will be issued store credit at the lowest sale price in our system.
All returns with receipt must be within 90 days, in original condition.

Exclusions are as follows:

• Nursery Stock - Trees & shrubs are guaranteed for 1 year, with receipt ONLY; excludes citrus & tropicals. Annuals, perennials, and houseplants are Non-Refundable.
• Animal Traps - Non-Refundable once used.
• Propane - Non-Refundable; New propane tanks cannot be returned once filled.
• Buildings & Structures - Once ordered, deposit is Non-Refundable.
• Deliveries - Delivered items will be charged a pick-up fee.
• Special Orders - Will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
